Morocco

Let’s explore Morocco on a journey from the vibrant streets of Marrakech to the serene expanses of the Agafay Desert and the coastal charm of laid-back Essaouira. This trip invites you to discover the heart of Morocco at a pace that allows you to savor both the stunning sights and the spaces between them.

Beyond the typical Morocco highlights, on this journey, you’ll stay in a unique desert camp under the stars, wander through the dunes on a camel at sunset, and watch the sunrise from a hot air balloon. You’ll be treated with indulgences like wine tasting and a playful surf lesson by the coast. And, to round out the experience, a traditional Hammam spa for the relaxation you FULLY deserve.

What makes this journey special is not only the places we visit but how we move through them. I’ve crafted this experience to connect with Morocco’s spirit and beauty, to honor the small, transformative moments, and to build lasting connections.

I am primarily known for my specialized women's adventures, but please know that this trip is open to everyone!

Day 2

Today, you’ll step into the vibrant heartbeat of Marrakech. Your morning begins in the bustling Medina, where the maze-like souks invite you to lose yourself in their rich colors, intricate crafts, and lively energy. Pause for a moment of stillness at the elegant Dar El Bacha, where fragrant tea and delicate pastries offer a taste of tradition. After some free time for lunch, the afternoon takes you to the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the enchanting Majorelle Garden, where Morocco’s influence on the iconic designer comes to life. As evening falls, follow the scent of spice and smoke into the hidden alleys of the Medina, where olives, nuts, dried fruits, and sizzling grilled meats awaken your senses. Comfortable shoes are essential, and dressing modestly honors the beauty of this place and its culture.

Day 3

Rising before the sun is a gift—especially when it means watching the world awaken from a hot air balloon. An early pickup whisks you away from the city to the quiet countryside, where your flight awaits. As you drift effortlessly above the landscape, let the silence and golden hues of sunrise settle into your soul.

After landing, return to the hotel for check-out and a quick refresh before your next experience—a traditional Moroccan cooking class. Under the guidance of a skilled chef, you’ll learn the secrets of local dishes, then gather around the table to enjoy the meal you’ve created.

In the afternoon, your journey continues into the vast expanse of the desert, where your glamping site awaits beneath an endless sky. Bring a jacket for the early morning chill, and for the rest of the day, dress comfortably—this is an adventure meant to be savored.

Overnight in the Agafay Desert

Day 4

Waking up in the stillness of the Moroccan desert, wrapped in golden light, is a moment to truly savor. Breathe it in. Let it settle. After breakfast, take your time—wander across the dunes, capture the shifting beauty of the landscape, or simply enjoy the peaceful rhythm of camp life.

Midday brings a leisurely lunch in the main tent, where conversation flows as easily as the mint tea. As the sun softens, prepare for an unforgettable sunset camel ride, tracing ancient paths across the mountains as the sky ignites in brilliant hues.

Back at camp, the evening unfolds with a slow, soulful dinner beneath the stars.

Overnight in the Agafay Desert

Day 5

Ease into the morning with a slow breakfast, the desert breeze carrying the last whispers of the night. Then, set off on a scenic journey toward the coast, where the rhythm of the waves awaits.

Along the way, stop at a charming winery in Val d'Argan for a tasting experience that lingers—sipping, learning, and indulging in a full lunch surrounded by rolling vineyards. From here, the road leads to Essaouira, where the salty air and labyrinthine streets invite you to explore at your own pace.

Overnight in Essaouira

Day 6

Good morning from Essaouira! Let the salty breeze wake you as you savor breakfast by the sea. This morning, step into the rhythm of the waves with a fun, lighthearted surf lesson—no experience needed, just a willingness to play, laugh, and let the ocean teach you something new.

Afterward, enjoy some free time on the beach, soaking up the sun or strolling along the shore before choosing a spot for lunch at your own pace. In the afternoon, slow down with a traditional tea at Chez Driss, a beloved café adorned with local art, where time seems to stretch just a little longer.

Overnight in Essaouira

Day 7

Today, we bid farewell to Essaouira and journey back to Marrakech, where the vibrant pulse of the city awaits once more. Upon arrival, take a moment to settle in before immersing yourself in the ultimate relaxation—a rejuvenating Hammam experience that will leave you refreshed and renewed.

As the day winds down, celebrate your adventure with a special farewell dinner, where the rhythm of local musicians and dancers will fill the night with energy and joy.

Day 8

All good things must come to an end—but only until your next adventure! Savor your final breakfast, then make your way onward, carrying with you the memories of this incredible journey.

For those seeking an extra challenge, I am organizing an optional 2 day hike up Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa, with panoramic views that will leave you in awe.

If you're flying out directly from the hotel, we recommend booking your flight from RAK for a smooth departure.
